AGRAPOINT FOOD SAFETY SESSION REGISTRATION FORM

Thank you for choosing AgraPoint for your food safety training. The registration is a two-step process.

STEP ONE: Complete your general company information and select the course(s) you want to attend. You can select multiple courses now, registering up to 10 people per course. If you choose multiple courses now, they will need to be paid for on one invoice at the same time. If you wish to pay for courses separately, please register for each course on its own.

STEP TWO: Fill in the name and information on each registrant for each course you have selected. Select your payment option (cheque, invoice or call us with your Visa number.) No credit card information is required to register online. Once you have reviewed the fee details, selected a payment option and submitted the form, you will receive an e-mail with a copy of your registration details..

For administrative purposes, we are no longer accepting faxed registrations. On-line registrations are our preferred method. If you can any questions, please call (902) 678-7722.
